All the Light We Cannot See: My Review
I finally read All the Light We Cannot See after years of hearing people recommend it, and I am so glad I did.
Historical fiction is not usually the genre I reach for first, but this one completely won me over. Anthony Doerr tells a World War II story that is heartbreaking, mysterious, beautifully written, and still somehow full of hope. Marie-Laure and Werner's stories stayed with me long after I finished the last page.
This ended up being a 5-star read for me and one of my favorite books I have ever read.
